On the face of it, this doesn’t seem to me to fit with her manner the last time we saw Trixie.
I could be wrong, but this is my take on her behavior compared to last time. Previously, she was looking for a venue, and Alan’s shop looked like a possible spot. This was foreshadowing (that went over my head) that his shop is a lot bigger than we’d seen so far. She was friendly since she wanted something, but her need wasn’t too great. There were a lot of other places she could go.
Since then, she’s been turned down by a lot of venues and has gotten pretty frustrated. She NEEDS his shop now, and is reopening negotiations, using force if necessary.
I’d tell her to fuck off just to spite her. Call me a toad and act like she has the right to demand sweet fuck what from me? Pound sand.
