So, if you check the box that says “NSFW Content”, Patreon only lets you take credit cards because PayPal will not allow people to legitimately transact for pornographic content through their service. It’s not Patreon’s fault. It just seems that Indiegogo doesn’t really care what you are raising funds for. So they let you slide on payments. I think it’s because they are bigger than Patreon. *shrug*
