I’m sad to announce the departure of Glance Reviver as… well, colorist, artist, etc. on Ship in a Bottle. As some of you already know, she’s heavily invested over at Filthy Figments drawing Thorn Prince and various other short comics, pinups, etc. She also works periodically as a contributor to the vampire adult site VampYou.com ever since they discovered her Rose Slayer comic over at LovexCore.com. As a result of that, and her need to keep taking on increased numbers of commissions in order to help the two of us make ends meet. So because of that, she has asked to be “retired” from regular service over here.
But despair not! Last month, I began an extensive talent search at DeviantArt, and found an artist who has the skill and speed to keep up with us around here. Now, some of you may already be familiar with her color work as she has been producing pages (initially drawn by other artists) in color over at my new-old series Peppermint Saga: Blue-Gray Rhapsody. So we can proceed forward without too much interruption. The only bad news is that since I was able to ask her only today to do this, tonight’s page will initially be in b/w. Boooo…
