Well, shoot. Looks like AlertPay is still working out the bugs with credit cards. I’ll keep the donation button up, and hopefully they will get this resolved. (you can charge up your account manually via bank or check and donate that way, but it takes time.) In the meantime, all previous deals are still in effect. Just… don’t change the subject line if you do donate. Sad as I am to say this, I *KNOW* nobody is donating to Starship Moonhawk, currently. Trust me. So there’s no need to notify me what it’s for. XD

I’ll be working on a February Donation Image soon. Members will see it first in lorez, but contributors will receive their own hirez copy. I’d PREFER that people use AlertPay, if at all possible, though.

Well, Ain’t That Just a Sonofabitch…

Figures, right? Just when I had given up all hope, AlertPay finally comes through and offers donation buttons. SO! What does that mean?

It means, the old process of donations and gifts have returned! Donate $3 (we now have a bigger family to split the moneys with!) and get our monthly donation image (which I must now magically conjure up. XD) But, in addition to that, get us to $250 by the end of February (and this will be a monthly thing, as before), and I will add a NEW bonus comic to the GALLERY section posthaste! BUT, there’s an ADDED BONUS for donators: donate $5 or MORE and gain LIFETIME ACCESS to our special MEMBERS AREA! The Members Area contains great stuff like exclusive artwork and (eventually) behind-the-scenes stuff not available anywhere else. Plus, I am thinking about uploading higher resolution versions of all the bonuses much the way they were when I had the paysite, so to recap:

$3 – Monthly bonus pinup
$5 – Lifetime membership to our “Members Area”
$250 (recurring monthly goal) – bonus comic stories with EXTRA porny awesomeness!

As a final note: AlertPay works EXACTLY like PayPal, except they allow for “high risk” sites like ours provided we behave ourselves and not raise a fuss. So let’s have some fun, just like the good old days, eh? Hope we can make the goal for February. I’m getting excited about March just thinking about it. ^^

New Members Area

So, here’s the deal. We have a new member area. If you want in, go to my LEGIT webcomic, Starship Moonhawk, and donate $5. I will then give you instructions on what to do. Currently, we have all of Sage’s generous work up in there (we can only provide it in a private, members only area. That’s our agreement), and I will be adding new stuff periodically. But there will be no membership fees or recurring dues or adult themed gifts. You are free to give us more money, but it will simply go to bills and other studio expenses. So, for 5 bucks, you get lifetime membership. I really do not think there is a better deal in the comic business. Why am I doing this? Because I believe in something for something. But what I do NOT believe in is recurring billing for something that infrequently updates. So, you help us, we give you something you can keep enjoying as long as you choose.
