Okay, I did not see this coming, but as the one who gave the backstory template, maybe I should have. In my version of her backstory, she’s deceiving her parents by claiming to have a high-level job (not a maid), she’s deceiving her employer(s) by sneaking out to parties regularly, and she’s deceiving her ways into parties and clubs by claiming to be a friend of a friend. Lucia makes a pretty good antagonist and it’s easy to see her trying to weasel her way into Alan’s home while hoping he won’t have the guts or desire to say “No” or set limits. Kudos on the excellent storytelling and characterization.
I had intended to have the new page up before you posted this, but there is another “surprise” houseguest. 😉
I’m following some of the rules and conventions of Harem Comedy, with some of my own minor twists, so the fact that I was able to take you unawares and still be appealing, pleases me greatly. I may take SOME liberties with this version of Lucia, since she is not obligated to be shoehorned into your own canon. In other words, I don’t expect you to accept this as part of her backstory unless you really, really want to. This just works for my own story. The fact that I’ve so neatly keyed in on something you were thinking of doing, or similar is a delightful bonus.
Thanks for the “loan”. She may wander a little less in Alan’s harem, but that extra tidbit of information you gave me could be useful at a later, shall we say… “bonus” opportunity. 😉
#1) He doesn’t. The House just fills up with Girls. This is a regular occurrence. (more on the “relationship” between Alan and Ship in Chapters 5 and 6, also why there are so many empty rooms here.)

Really hoping we get back into some Ship-central action, soon. She is far and away the best part of this comic.
2 questions. how is Alan gonna explain Lucia to Bea and Ship? and where does Ship’s evil twin come into the picture?
