Clara Bottle – Full Genie Form
As you saw on the cover (with sketch layer by Krios-Ol), Cleara looks a little different. We alluded to a secret she was carrying in Chapter 4 that will be revealed in full in Chapter 5.5 as the final pieces of the plot come into play. A couple years ago, I was making new character illustrations for some of the characters in Peppermint Saga and Ship in a Bottle on-stream. At the time, it was a Patreon exclusive, but I am sharing it today because I need to make a plea: I’m in dire, dire straits financially. I may lose my ability to drive, and I am also severely struggling to keep up with rent. So if folks could bump the Patreon another $300 in-total ASAP, you are literally saving my life. Rent is overdue, I have $100 currently, and need $1300 by Wednesday. I feel confident in my ability to get to $1000 by Monday, but here’s the rub… Monday my Express Drive through Lyft kicks in, and all my earnings go to pay that and none go to my account. The extra money pledged today will hit immediately, and then if you stay, it will rebill on the 1st of each month. Our ultimate goal is a tiered system starting at $1200 (which covers my regular rent), and then eventually get it to $3600. And that is across all my comics (Pep Saga, Ship, KND, BGR, Frilly Pink, Etc.) to allow me time to update and scale back my driving so I can be a full-time content creator. It’s just that my Executive Dysfunction is paralyzing my ability to hustle, and last week I was killing myself to clean and prepare the apartment for re-inspection while trying (and failing) to work. It’s a mess, I know, but I am prioritizing this and The Lavenders, so if you can please help, you won’t be sorry.
