Last month, a doctor diagnosed me with high blood pressure. According to Dr. Clark, if I waited any longer then I would have had a stroke. That is not the kind of news anyone wants to hear. In the end, I got blood pressure medication and cheap, delicious tacos. One would think the tacos would be counterproductive to the whole blood pressure thing but the medication DID say to take with food and how can you resist 50-cent tacos from a gaudy place known as Taco Casa?

You can’t, I say!

After taking the medicine for two weeks, I’ve gone from having Stage 2 Hypertension to Pre-Hypertension. I haven’t heard anything back from my blood test and usually that means nothing is wrong. Therefore, in the end, tacos are good for you…as are doctors.
