Ahh, those sounds do bring back some memories… of why all of us despised the so-called Internet in the 90’s! XD Still, Wing Commander Prophecy was kinda cool. I’m sad they never finished that trilogy thanks to the 1999 movie blowing so hard. Anyway, Ship uses her amazing cosmic powers to overcome dial-up internet and the Pentium II processor. Come on, Alan! Spring for some basic broadband, you rube! (in fairness, he’s now living in his late grandpa’s place, so some… “antiquity” is to be expected…)
As an aside: I think Ship looks adorable in her neckerchief, don’t you?
Patreon, give us money, we give you comics, blah blah. ;3

In a roundabout way that whole dialup thing reminds me of the gif I trolled a friend with once when I was teaching him how to use his computer for more than using email…

Also, I enjoyed the Wing Commander movie, though I freely admit I never played the game. It wasn’t my style, I preferred rpg’s like Ultima 4 and Wastelands.
So since Ship made those clothes magically appear, does that mean they’ll disappear of if someone else gets the bottle?
Mayyyyyybe
Fuck yeah dude kerchief all the way.
Hells yeah
Oh boy. I sure hope Ship isn’t relying on the internet TOO much on how to handle the real world. She probably thinks it’s normal to have sex in the first few minutes of meeting someone, and giant robots, and sexy mad scientists, and a bunch of other things we’ll never see in this strip.
I like the cut of your jib, sir. ;3
Impeccably dressed, my dear genie!
And Alan’s looking rather spiffy too.
As for the internet… it’s some mix I can’t explain involved nostalgia, frustration, confusion and fun. I had some strange sort of fun with those sounds back in the day.
Return of the tagging!
bottle holster – I’m sure Ship added a… ‘bottle’ holster too, if you catch my drift ;D
Heh
