I know everyone is still waiting for Ship in a Bottle’s return, and I have deep plans for it. but in the short-term, I am still in panic mode trying just to make the basic ends meet. Recent difficulties with my “regular job” doing Rideshare have been a thorn in my side. My primary car is toast and I can’t get over the “rental hump” fast enough each week to pay my basics on-time. So it’s a major stress point keeping me from being as productive as I’d like. Plus, I still have $750 I owe to Hertz for the crash I got into in February, I have an extension on my taxes, and on and on.
With that in mind, I am doing the thing that has the strongest backlog available: “Pink Panties Paradise”
It’s the lore comic I devised for my Twitch channel where I play “borderline TOS” games and occasionally do art for your viewing pleasure. There is an independent cast of characters for this series, which stars… well, Me. And in very meta fashion. I poke some light fun at some “industry powerhouses” of webcomics (levying my sights on Keenspot, in particular on a #iykyk basis lol), comic tropes, and have “cameo” appearances by Pink Panties Productions characters from time-to-time. All with potentially sexy outcomes.
Oshigan penciled 24 strips and an “accidental bonus” for our twice-weekly “4-Koma” strip. Sometimes it will be story driven, sometimes one-offs. but it’s 100% sexy fun, and I hope you’ll join me on the adventure. And hopefully, I can get some money together to get some temporary car off Facebook Marketplace so I can stop renting and get back to the business of comics without a $300 weekly freakout. Oh, and commissions, too. I owe several >.>
