As if you needed proof, amirite? But seriously, we’re making headway on this Indiegogo thing. 83% to goal with a lot of time left, but I don’t want to just stop at 100%. I want to use the campaign to fund other projects. So please consider chipping in. You get some great stuff, and it means the world to me and PrettÃo. We also got a new Patron on Patreon, so I feel a little better that we’re still getting the message out to folks and they are contributing. by patronizing this site, you keep two lonely artists stocked with Pop Tarts and bottled water to get us through this dreadful Summer. And as a huge bonus, you get some fantastic rewards for your own trouble. It’s a win-win!
Second important matter is that this is the page that just went up is the last page of July, so that means get your comments in before tomorrow at the close of business and you too can be a contender for the comment contest. The winner each month gets to help PrettÃo decide what incentive sketch she will draw and the winning result will end up on Top Webcomics as a voting incentive (a double-dip!). Ladies and gentlemen, to win at our Indiegogo campaign to get PrettÃo to draw an episode of BGR, we only need $150 more dollars. Can you believe it? We’re at 77% of goal, and we have a lot of time left. By God, we might even be able to do stretch goals! I’m still working on the script, as I have had a lot on my mind. But remember! By contributing, you may well get a VERY advance look at something that won’t go live on the site until some time after January. Since Episode 7 will begin on July 29, that means we have eps. 7, 8 and 9 to get through. So this is pretty sweet. Plus, for donators, we are giving away a high-resolution digital copy of the completed chapter. It will be considerably larger and clearer than the site version you get for free. The campaign is the widget under our Patreon block on the left. Please help, as we can use the In Demand feature of Indiegogo if we make goal to allow folks previously unable to contribute to donate via PayPal. I wanted to share this directly because I put a great deal of time and effort into making it as good as possible. There’s a few treats in this video: number 1, near the end is a prolonged glimpse of the young lady to be featured as Peppermint’s “conquest” in this, the final chapter of Book I. Additionally there is a sneak peek at Weremole’s work here and there. Finally, the “long lost” sketch samples PrettÃo did in 2012 when we were trying to hammer out a deal for her to do Peppermint Saga full-time (at the time, Glance Reviver was still drawing Ship in a Bottle, if you all remember back then ;)).
